Hire a Mural Artist is a directory that helps users discover mural artists across the United States. We aggregate publicly available business information and accept self-submitted listings from artists. We do not employ or endorse any listed artist, and we are not a party to any transaction between users and artists.

User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Submit spam, promotional content unrelated to mural artistry, or offensive material.
• Attempt to claim a listing you do not own or represent.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users' experience.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Listing Submissions

By submitting a listing, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it. All submissions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

Submitted listings are initially inactive and will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. We do not guarantee that every submission will be published.

Listing Claims

If you are the owner of a business listed on the Site, you may claim your listing by verifying your email address. Claiming a listing allows you to update your business information. We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be adequately verified.

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by Hire a Mural Artist and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Artist photos and business information displayed on the Site may be sourced from third-party services (such as Google Places) or submitted directly by artists. Copyright for such content remains with the original owners.

The Site may display information from third-party sources and contain links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of Warranties
