Information You Provide
- Listing submissions: Business name, email address, phone number, website, description, photos, social media handles, service areas, and address.
- Claim requests: Email address or mobile phone number used to verify ownership of a listing.
- Contact inquiries: Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
- Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid service (Premium or Featured listing), payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID for managing your account.
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect IP addresses, request timestamps, and request metadata for security and performance monitoring.
How We Use Your Information
- To display and manage mural artist listings on the Site.
- To process and review listing submissions.
- To send verification emails for listing claims.
- To send SMS verification codes for listing claims when you request phone verification.
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To analyze site usage and improve the user experience.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions for paid services.
- To send promotional emails about our services (you may unsubscribe at any time).
Mobile Information & SMS Messaging
If you choose to verify a listing by text message, you may request a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS to confirm you control the phone number on your listing. SMS messages are sent only when you request them.
- What we collect: Your mobile phone number and the one-time codes we send to it.
- How we use it: Solely to deliver verification codes and confirm listing ownership. We do not use your mobile number for marketing.
- Message frequency: Messages are user-initiated and transactional — you receive a one-time passcode only when you request one (typically one message per request). This is not a recurring or marketing program.
- Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the SMS provider needed to deliver the messages you request (Twilio), and only for that purpose.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google Places API: To retrieve and display business information, ratings, photos, and addresses for mural artist listings. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics: To collect anonymous site usage statistics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: To store listing data and submission information. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: To host and serve the Site. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Resend: To send transactional emails (verification codes, notifications). Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
- Twilio: To send SMS verification codes when you choose phone verification. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Notice.
- Stripe: To process payments for paid subscription services (Premium and Featured listings). Stripe handles all payment card data. We do not have access to your full card details. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
We use cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique users and sessions. These are first-party cookies that do not contain personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data Retention
Listing data is retained for as long as the listing is active on the Site. If you request removal of your listing or personal data, we will process the request within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your personal data or listing.
- Opt out of analytics tracking.
- Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
