The Story
About This Mural
A winged cherub figure rendered in grayscale dominates this mural, depicted with curled hair and a thoughtful expression while holding a paintbrush. The artist has employed careful shading and line work to create dimension in the child angel's face and draped clothing, with particular detail given to the feathered wings extending from the shoulders. The accompanying text "born for this" frames the composition as a statement about artistic calling, while the artist's signature and 2024 date mark this recent addition to the Venice Boulevard streetscape in Inglewood.
