The Story

About This Mural

A wooden boardwalk stretches toward the horizon in this serene coastal scene, flanked by native Texas vegetation including yucca and palm plants rendered in soft greens. The composition captures a peaceful maritime view with a traditional sailing vessel on calm blue waters beneath a sky dotted with white cumulus clouds. The artist employs realistic detail work on the wooden railings and deck planks, creating depth that draws the eye across the landscape toward the distant sailboat and tranquil seascape.
